Sorry about the card not being approved.  I checked your store and see it was your first card.  What you can do is submit a couple more or whatever you have and ask the GCU staff to fast track one for you as they will usually do that on your first card.  I'm surprised though, that you didn't get a reason.  I haven't had a card not be approved entirely, denied I guess they call it in a long while so forget if there was an explanation on why.
 
If you need some help identifying some possible issues, all the way over on the left in your store administration view is the GCU University pull downs and there in the lenses and at the WIKI a lot of help is available.
 
Also you can submit some prospective cards to your private gallery, waiving review and then post a note at the forum for the rest of the artists here to look at and maybe we can offer some tidbits of wisdom.  There are a bunch of us that love to help.
 
Submit the one that was just declined to the private gallery and we'll have a look at it with keywords and all.  You might have to put your keywords and artist's notes in the post as I don't think they come up in the private galleries.
 
By the way, loved your header - very nicely executed!

Hi Debbie, sorry to hear about your card.  
It must be frustrating since it was your first.  
Under your Manage Cards screen did it indicate a reason next to the card?  
I agree with Randall - check the tips, university and wiki pages to see if the card included any taboo words, images, etc.  You might want to check your photo size since you are a photographer like me and image the image size/quality was large and clear enough.
