All "New Baby" cards that are not considered announcements are under Occasions > Congratulations > New Baby. In your case select "Girl" as the subcategory.

You can use the new feature of searching the categories by "creating a card" then click on category. Type in "New Baby" and it will list the various categories. Since this suggestion is merely using this as a tool to find categories, you wouldn't actually save the information. This is a really good feature for learning the category hierarchies.
