Well your title is actually two seperate categories as I read it.  You're encouraging them to get well I think, but that would still fall under a "Get Well" category and personally i would drop the "Encouragement" in the title.   I'm not sure what your card front or inner verse says, but this, to me would strictly be a get well card.
It's a fine line, as sickeness can be related to the mental condition, but we usually call mentally boosting someone "encouragement" and the physical boosting they get during recovery "Get Well!"
 
You could do two cards and call one a "Get Well" card and the other an "Encouragement" card depending on your front text and inner verse and in the tiltle would name them accordingly.
 
I'm looking at your post again and wondering if you're title was only the "So Glad Your Feeling Better!" part and you're asking which category, Get Well or Encouragement?  If that's what you meant, I would IMHO most definately go with the 'Get Well' category.
