Red-Eye Tutorial

Good morning everyone!

I wanted to post this because I've seen photographs on GCU and Zazzle that have the Flash Eye problem, mostly on animals. My Sunday Tutorial for today is Red Eye Correction in Photoshop. So, if you are interested you'll find the link on my FB Fan Page here:

Thanks Doreen. Very useful information. I haven't had a chance to go through it thoroughly yet, but plan to as I am always struggling with animal eyes. Trying to reconstruct the eye in photoshop is a real challenge. Looks like this will help. My kids always send me the neatest snapshots of their pets but so often the eye is completely colored white or green.

Appreciate all the useful information you supply and look forward to what's coming next.

I came up with my own way a few years ago to reconstruct animal eyes (people's too), but I started with a tutorial very similar to this. It's like anything else, learn enough technique to get going then develop your own method from there to get the results you would like to see. Glad it was helpful!
