Central alignment is stuck on Left

Hi
Yesterday I could not create any inside text because the left box was stuck and I couldn't get any right box. Today that has been corrected, but now I cannot get any central alignment. Everything I write goes to the left side. I would like to get some cards made, but nothing I do works, so I just submitted a blank card, hoping at least the design would get approved, then later I can add text when this problem is resolved.
Yesterday the tech support, Shaun, suggested I send a "screen shot of the issue", pertaining to the stuck left box. I'd like to do that for this alignment problem, but I don't know how to send a screen shot. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help. I am getting totally frustrated, not being able to make any text.

Hi, Ramelle! In order to take a screen shot, you need to press the "print screen" key on your keyboard. This is located on the right side at the top, usually above the arrow keys. After you have the screen on your computer showing the problem, press "print screen" once. It will appear like nothing has happened. Then go to your photo program, open a new blank document and then hit "paste".

I know they've been changing some things in programming at GCU and there will always be glitches when something gets changed in the computer world. After the bugs are worked out, I'm sure the changes will be an improvement. Wink

Eventually I'll learn. In the meantime, the glitch seems to have worked itself out, and now I'm able to write text. Ramelle

If you click the center align button and then enter your message and hit Save, does the text appear left aligned in the preview? Shaun
