Stuck on Left Text box

Hi, I'm a Newbie at GCU, but I have managed to successfully make about 40 cards so far with no problems. Today, however, I can't seem to get anythimg right.
Maybe this is the problem: Today, for the first time, I tried to write a "credit" to a public domain artist on the bottom LEFT text box. When it showed up, it was on the RIGHT side, where I intended to write my main message text. I want the small credit on the left at the bottom. I tried again and got the notice that the left side is uneditable. So I deleted the card altogether.
I went through all the proper steps once again, but this time, I clicked in the RIGHT text box in order to create my main body of text first.
When I clicked RIGHT box, I got the Left alignment and the word "LEFT" appears at the top of the text box. No matter what I do now, the box always says "LEFT" at the top of my box. Even if I delete my card and try again, or even exit GCU, when I come back to GCU and try to create a new card, I am stuck on LEFT.
I have been trying to make the same card now for over an hour and a half and am about to scream. HELP! cry

Hi Ramelle,

Would you be able to send me a screen shot of the issue? If so please send to shaun@bigdates.com. As an artist you're only able to edit the top right section of a portrait card, however the customer has the ability to edit all of the fields.

Are you able to delete the word LEFT, then add your text and hit Save?

Peggy_137160 Gold Member artist Posts: 760	Re: Stuck on Left Text box Reply #3 - Feb 15^th, 2011, 6:56pm I don't know if this is related or completely out in left (!) field ... but today while editing the editable insides, I notice that the editable RIGHT side (for portrait/vertical cards) says I am editing the left and the editable BOTTOM side (for landscape/horizontal cards) says I am editing the top ...

Shaun, here's a new issue! I was just checking out my st. pat's day cards on the home page by typing in cateresa st.patricks day cards and notied about half of them have symbols and letters after title that i didn't put in. Huh

i never noticed this before. can you check it out and tell me what it means. i don't see this on other peoples cards. Has anyone else seen this? thanks for checking.

some of the card #s are 757060,756927,756923,756919,758871-if you need the rest, let me know.

Here is another item...I see that some of the goodies that went live is a new and improved window when you hover over a card...I LOVE the look and it works SO MUCH BETTER, however on a horizontal card the inside text is cutoff.

Hi Doreen, can you let me know what browser you're using an one of the product ids where the text is cut off?
