vertical flip ecards coming out horizontal (Read 760 times)

Can I get some feedback as to whether this problem is being looked into. I use the GCU facebook app a lot for birthdays and other events... this "anomaly" not only makes Through the Eyes of the Spirit look bad, it makes GCU look incompetent. Waiting, somewhat patiently, for feedback. Not going to use the app until it is corrected and have advised my friends not to send vertical cards via the app until further notice. Thanks in advance for your help.
