Card link loading Home Page (Read 829 times)

Maryann_132542 Junior Member artist Posts: 66	Card link loading Home Page Feb 8^th, 2011, 7:59am I had a card approved yesterday for a customer and today when I went to check it out and get the link to provide them with I find that when the card is clicked on it takes me directly to the GCU home page instead of the card. What is wrong with it? Product ID 768140 Happy 50th Surprise - first card in the favorite section of my store.

(the forum is adding some spaces, if you send them this link make sure there are no blank spaces)

Hi Maryann,

We've corrected the issue, but if possible can you let me know the following?
1. Did you copy and paste the title of the card from another source like Microsoft word?
2. Can you let me know what web browser you're using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc)?

We're trying to determine how this happened and if it can possibly be prevented in the future.

I copied my note to the reviewer from MS Works Word Processor, which some of that was copied from email. I saw that was all messed up and apologize because it was like a puzzle to read.
Also, I use Explorer mostly which is where the problem was happening. I use Safari when I have trouble usually but I did not check that this time.
I have some strange issues from time to time. Once I mentined that my banner shows up cut in half sometimes when the page loads. That still happens from time to time. I blame it on the browser and the ghosts in the machine don't you know Wink
