Hi remember me, i asked for support because my computer crashed.  I also spoke on live chat today and she said i will receive an email.  No i didn't expect it that quick but i am just making sure that you have the message.

Hi Valerie, you should be getting an email shortly with a link to a file containing all of your images.  Let me know if you don't hear from us by the end of the day.
