Mailbox full?

Hello there...
I sent the card review team an email about my cards that are waiting, some have been over the 2 week mark, I know it's taking longer, (even though I'd heard things had improved)....but now that it's over two weeks for at least one or two of them I thought I'd drop a reminder.
Well, I got the email sent back to me saying "insufficient permission" and "mail quota exceeded", and the email wasn't the card review normal email, but it was my email for sure. It came from  timmy.bigdates.com ? I know GCU is associated with BigDates.
Anyhow...I'm assuming that the mail box is full and I have re-sent the email today.

Hi Avis, your email did go through.  We're looking into why you received the "mail quota exceeded" message
