documentation of sales from GCU

OK I apologize if this is on the forum or in the wiki but just to make a fast stab at an answer, do we as artists receive a 1099 or other tax form from GCU for filing our taxes?  Again, I apologize if this is states on the site already and I'm being blind to it...

Hi Donna,
 
Yes, artists that are United States residents AND earned over $600 last year will be receiving a 1099 from GCU.  
 
The forms were mailed out last week so you should have one shortly if your earnings exceeded this amount.
