With over 1,500 cards in the Food and Wine category collection and only 1 subcategory (vegetarian) I propose the addition of at least 2 or perhaps 4 subcategories. There are multiple avenues to take with this for the framework or schema: 1) Use the 4 food groups. 2)types of meals i.e: appetizers, desserts, breakfast, brunch etc... 3) Beverages and Food. 4) entre's, sides, beverages.  
 
I feel the best way to approach is get marketing involved with customer service input to decide what is best. All I know is that there should be more subcategories to assist the browser buyer.
