And while I have your attention, she is having to go in and edit the inner verse because we artists are not allowed to edit the "Closing area," even on custom cards.

I would like to strongly suggest we be given full access to edit the entire inside on private cards.

This is not the first time I have had to coach a customer on how to edit or add things inside their custom card, something they are expecting and paying me to do for them. Not good for business.

AND WHILE TOM HAS YOUR ATTENTION... YES PLEASE, make it possible for the artists to have access to the entire inner card. I recently lost a nice bulk order from a business because I could not put in photos for them (would have done a collage to use as one photo) and then their business log and tag line in closing section. Angry

Not at all happy about this lost sale. undecided

I passed Tom's comments along about editing all sections of the inside inside of the card IF the card is private.

We have not discussed giving artists the ability to add pictures to the inside of the card but I'll pass this along as well, although this would likely take longer to implement than giving access to all of the text areas.

My qty 125 customer also has (had?) a 2nd photo for the inside that I had to say "sorry, can't do it" to her.

We made a change yesterday that we hope will correct the issue. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble saving your messages.

If you do run into issues, please provide us with the following:

1. What web browser and operating system you are using
2. If you are creating a new card or editing an existing card
3. How many cards you had created before the running into this issue.

Hi Shaun,

Still not working all that great. I've been making new cards the last 2 days and the preview inside text image does not appear at times but if I hit NEXT the text does seem to be captured OK each time.

I have not had an issue with editing when I had to go back and tweak the inside verse on these submitted cards, which I did have to do a few times, so perhaps part of the fix has worked.

IE8/Vista

The problem does not seem related to it being the first, middle, or last card.
