My Featured Cards Reached 30

I know that the number of maximum cards is 25. I have featured 25 cards before. But just now, I tried to arranged my featured cards and deleted some to accommodate new ones. I deleted 5 cards and added new 5 product ids to ADD TO FEATURED box to make it 25 all in all.

But when I viewed my store, my featured cards reached 30. The 5 cards that I have deleted were still there.

Now that GCU have undergone a lot of changes, just want to clarify this..

Is the number of maximum featured cards still 25 or 30 or more than that? ( I'd prefer 30 or more. Grin

)

Oh I want to suggest too that I think GCU needs to change the number of days in the Create a Card Section so as not to make new artists ask again and again when their cards be approved.

I'm quite confused. Yesterday my featured cards reached 30. Now it was back to 25. But it is a good thing though. Maybe GCU fixed it right away without me knowing it. Or was it sort of a bug..

Well, I'm not a techie so I don't know if it's a bug or it's just my pc or what..

But I'm thankful anyway, that it's back to "normal".

I see 25 in your store myself which is right. It was 15 and they added 10 more to bring it up to 25. This hasn't been changed very long. You probably just ran into one of those gremlins that everyone talks about here. I myself haven't been lucky enough to see one yet, but I am sure I will soon enough. I am glad things are back to normal for you.

As far as the cards being approved, they are doing all they can to improve the approval process, please be patient. They have got your back, trying to make sure that your cards are the best they can be to help you get more sales. We all feel the way you do, but we are also grateful that they care enough to take the time necessary to be the best. It makes all of us look good which is our goal.

Store changes often take 24-hours to refresh and process, I imagine that's what happened. Glad all is well!

It sounds like the new cards you added were displayed right away but it took some time for the deleted cards to be removed. Shaun

I have never seen this many featured cards in anyone's store. I guess I have now seen my first gremlin. This is probably a new one for Mindy, too.

I like it though that it displayed more than 25. But as much as I like it, I know that tomorrow, it would be back to 25 again.

But it's been 3 days now.. But this is not a really big deal for me since I like it this way that more than 25 cards were featured. I just want to let GCU knows about this..
