Cool. Will that work if I upload to my private gallery? Will the cards show up in the Featured field or do they need approval  before they can shoe up in Featured?  Did that make sense?

Cards in your Private Gallery can not be added to Featured because they have not been approved for public sale.  If you wish them to be available to the public you can either create them again and wait for approval or send the pid numbers via an email to the review team and ask them to review them and move them to public so you can add them to featured.
