Hi there  
 
Happy New Year Smiley
 
I had a customer request, and they would like their logo on the inside of a particular card,
can they do this please?

Shoppers can upload an image to the inside of their card by themselves during the personalization step.  Only 1 image per card is allowed at this time.

Ohh heck, seems he would like his company logo where you would place it but want's the text
he supplies added as well (it's a piece of Korean art) so it is not in text format  undecided I take it
that the oriental Characters would be all messed up if copy and pasted in?

Moonie, if your customer can somehow combine the company logo and the text (perhaps by scanning/printing/copying/saving as an image: some combination of these) - or if you can do it with images he sends you and you send it back to him in a usable format - then it could be uploaded as one image and applied to one inside page of the card.

Joan is correct. I suggest this to customers who call in. Our printers currently do not support certain characters. Their best bet is to combine the two in a jpeg document and upload it to the card. Feel free to have them contact Customer Support M-F 8am to 6pm PST 877-347-6784. We are more than happy to assist them.
