There is already the following category which is intended as a catchall:
Occasions >> Thank You >> Wedding Attendants / Bridal Party >> Being in my Wedding / General >> General

I had a note to reviewer on 2 cards that I wanted to clear after you straightened me out, but that field can't be editted once submitted.  I'd suggest a code tweak to lock out edits on notes to reviewer once the reviewer has got it in their work queue.  There are times we may want to refine our initial note, or delete it in my case.

Hi Tom, the problem we fear w/ allowing edits for that field is that the reviewer may not notice the note has been changed.  If a card is sitting in a pending queue and the artist changes the message for the reviewer but there is no notice to the reviewer that something has changed.  It's best after the initial submit to nudge the review team via email.  That is the most reliable way to get call their attention to your matter.
