January Payment Made Not Received (Read 741 times)

Bobbi_138061 GCU Newbies artist Posts: 14	January Payment Made Not Received Jan 5^th, 2011, 10:08am My account says I have a pending payment to Paypal as of January 1 - yet there is no payment in my Payment account. Is this normal? Does it usually take over a week to get to Paypal after my account indicates it has been made? My paypal account info with GCU is accurate. Thanks. Bobbi

Theres a lot of artists that get paid on GCU - so be patient. In the past , I noticed when the fee was actually processed it would change from Pending to Paid and then I would receive my check in a day or so. I'm assuming it will still do the same under the Earnings report. I also get paid via check and mine usually arrives on or around the 25th.

Mindy GCU Administrator Community Manager Posts: 6566 Gender:	Re: January Payment Made Not Received Reply #4 - Jan 6^th, 2011, 11:42am Correct, "Pending" indicates that we are processing payments and have frozen the numbers so to speak so we can reconcile earnings up to 12/31/10. You will receive your payment prior to Jan 30 and yes, PayPal is usually received the quickest.
