Suggested by a Reviewer, But need help

HI everyone,
I have a question, but first need to give you a recap.. This card was approved "with comments" they suggested I make it a 4th Birthday with a verse inside.
If I do that it would need a 4 on the front,etc. Do I need to get it approved again?

Robin,

The card is so cute and will definitely be nice for a 4th birthday card. Leave the card you have as a general birthday card. Use the same image that you already have (you don't have to put a 4 on it since you have the cute little 4 mermaids) but put a little verse inside about "4th birthday" and put it in the category for 4th birthday. Yes, the new card will have to be approved.
