"Cards must match the purpose of the category - If the category is specific then the card must be specific. If the category is general then the card can't be specific. Make sure something on the card clearly matches the purpose of the category. If it's a Grandson Birthday card it just can't just have an image of a child, it must be clearly have the word Grandson shown either on the front or in the verse.  It must also clearly be a birthday card. "
 
Thus a Friendship category card must use the word "Friend" in some form in text either on the front or inside.  That is what shoppers look for when they are in that category.

When you receive this type of return for edits you have two choices. Either you can change the card to match the category as you submitted originally or you can change the category. In this case I believe it would be a more general category if you choose this route.  
 
Just remember that these two choices are available to you, even though the reviewer's comments may not spell out precisely the two choices.  Some artists prefer to develop specifically for the categories and would rather change the card to fit and others rather change the categories.
