Unbalanced Up / Lower Spaces on the Back Card

Dear GCU Support Team,

A friend of mine has sent me her good wishes for the holiday season with one of my cards.

It is a vertical card and I have noticed that the area dedicated to the artist’s card credits is so low that it is almost cut.

That is: there is an unbalance between the upper space (above Mixed Sources) and the lower space (below the artist’s card credit).

I hope this unbalance is reviewed as soon as possible by equal distribution of spaces or putting the artist’s card credit some spaces up to mirror the space above Mixed Sources.

On another note, my card credits editor window preview shows the artist’s name and URL neatly aligned in a space corresponding to the middle of the Artcor7 photo, but in the actual card (especially in the vertical card) shows it un-aesthetically too low - almost out of the photo alignment.

I would appreciate if you could fix this as well.

Hi Leonilde,

This is something we've been looking into. We adjusted alignment of the artists credits about a week ago, shifting it to be a little farther than the edges of the card. When we saw our test results we adjusted the credits a little more to make them better aligned with the Mixed Sources logo. The latest change went live yesterday.

Hello Leonilde,

This issue has been resolved. As Shaun stated we adjusted the credits and went live yesterday. We received cards today that came out great. Much better than before. Please let us know if you have any issues regarding this topic with future orders.
