If you can make your own YouTube videos, you can embed them to communicate with your shoppers; or embed an existing tasteful one perhaps matching your store theme and personality.

PS: One big advantage is if you have a prominent store name/banner it will be burned into their brain while they watch the vid ... and could help with revisits.
