Help, Please: Pending Re-submitted Cards?

Greetings!

I'm hoping that someone will be able to help me: On December 7 I resubmitted three cards for just a front cover image change to show a new date. It's now December 16, so a week and a day later. As these cards were already approved once, and just needed a date change, would it be possible for someone to approve them for me?
