Custom Card links not working Private Gallery

Hello,
I have a problem. I don't know if perhaps I am doing something wrong.
Last night I completed 2 custom samples and placed them into my private gallery.  
I can see them there... when I click on "Arrange private Gallery" they are displayed there.. but when I click on them to view them TODAY the link seems to be broken and I am directed to my storefront home page.
 
I sent the customer an email last night informing them that the card samples are ready and available for purchase with the correct links. (which I tested last night before I sent and they were working then)
 
Today they replied informing me that they can not get to the card. I tried and found that they were correct I can't seem to get to the cards either.  
 
This customer would like to purchase 75 holiday cards and take advantage of the "free shipping" code.  
I am worried this is a bad reflection on me.  
 
I have sent a message already to technical support. I wonder do they work today. Can anyone provide some help. Is there some setting I missed? Not sure but these links seemed to work last night.  cry

Since GCU is closed today you might remake the card, waiving review, and it may give you a good link.  If so, you can delete the original card, and send the customer the new link.
 
I also noticed your private gallery is not enabled via your storefront.  That shouldn't matter but you can activate that module using "Look and Design>>Store layout and content>>then click the private gallery checkbox."  
 
I was hoping to verify that your card could be seen by someone other than yourself and having the private gallery enabled would have allowed that.

I decided to create the cards again and see if new links would work.. and so far so good. (fingers crossed) Sent customer new links.. hope they can get to them now.  undecided

Thank you Tom. I was thinking that also.. I did just that and the new cards are working (so far) I will change that setting now for my private store too. Thanks for taking the time to look and help out I appreciate it very much. Smiley
