I have a problem. I don't know if perhaps I am doing something wrong.
Last night I completed 2 custom samples and placed them into my private gallery.
I can see them there... when I click on "Arrange private Gallery" they are displayed there.. but when I click on them to view them TODAY the link seems to be broken and I am directed to my storefront home page.
I sent the customer an email last night informing them that the card samples are ready and available for purchase with the correct links. (which I tested last night before I sent and they were working then)
Today they replied informing me that they can not get to the card. I tried and found that they were correct I can't seem to get to the cards either.
This customer would like to purchase 75 holiday cards and take advantage of the "free shipping" code.
I am worried this is a bad reflection on me.
I have sent a message already to technical support. I wonder do they work today. Can anyone provide some help. Is there some setting I missed? Not sure but these links seemed to work last night.
