Why does only the top of my banner show up when first getting to my page?
If I refresh the page it shows up fully and correctly. Most people won't even know to do that or likely care except it is distracting and leads to a poor impression.
Is the banner too many pixels? Do I need to do that splicing or slicing thing with the image? I am not sure I can figure that out?
