I am really upset with a situation that has happened to me!  
I received an email from GCU letting me know that someone had reported my cards as being their property! I own sole rights to this card & have a very strong feeling that this is some dirty trick from an ex- Sister n Law of mine. I would like an investigation into this and where this came from! I feel GCU jumped the gun before questioning me about this and declined my cards. Please help

Im sorry this happened to you, I know how some X-family members can get. Sad
I feel that GCU approver should have put your cards on hold, while asking this person to come up with proof that they own the Što an image.  
If this person is the true owner...it shouldn't take much for them to prove it.
 
Innocent until proven guilty...

Be sure to respond to that email.  It is normal practice at the PODs I know of to immediately pull an image in dispute - whether that dispute is true or not isn't the issue at the start.  PODs have to cover THEIR rears first.
 
Now - take you time - GCU can be your friend here, you are working with them, afterall.  Treat the person on the other end of the email with respect - they are only the messenger ... and show them the image is all yours.  If it's a situation as you suspect, that shouldn't be hard to do (sounds like you've had run-ins with this particular person before).

And I would never disrespect GCU  
I have replied to email & with upmost respect, now waiting on reply from them,
We are currently trying to sort this out.
They know I am angry but also know my anger is not directed toward them.
Thanks again...
Guess I just needed to vent.

Well I have been ask to prove my rights to the photos (Not a problem for me)  Grin
But she has also been ask to prove her's (I hope she has fun with that) LOL  Grin Wink
 
 
Piece of advice: If some members of your family are going through a divorce and they ask you if you think they need to forgive the other person....run run as fast as you can...lol...
All I said was I feel anyone needs to forgive before they can move forward and this is what it got me....so run run run as fast as you can.......lol....
