Welcome and thank you Jason for joining us!  I must say you look so young for a VP of Operations  Grin

What a wonderful decision on both GCU and AMP to tune in.  This will make the process more efficient for you to hear our voice first hand and provides us a feeling of being heard and being part of the process.

Have a great day!

Writing Nov 29th on this post, I am now hopeful that this subject is being AMP-ed UP !  I have sincerely considered not ordering again due to my disappointment of my holiday order.  My cards are being sent out this holiday season, and represent my work.  I am quite dissatisfied with the cards I ordered and bummed that all the passion I put into my designs are being represented through my holiday order.

To hear from AMP gives me hope and I'm thrilled they have spoken up about the problem.  Some of the comments from the GCU staff gave me the impression that they have ignored the problems.  Thank you GCU for listening and really hearing.

So, Thank you AMP and I look forward to the improvements.  I too have said many times that I design for "ink on paper"  Smiley

Thank you Jason for your input.  I would ask for better quality control checks on your individual printing stations.  My order last week as I said on the forum before had issues with the cutting and just a faint oder.  I received my quality check card order today on my Christmas cards.  Perfect borders, Color Reproduction, No Oder at all and Beautiful Gloss.  The back of card still needs to be worked on!, it's better but the whole back needs either to be moved up or reduced to fit within GCU's bleed templet.  All in all, excellent printing and finishing..............Norval

This should be fixed as of December 6th.  I'm just waiting for my tests to come in to confirm that it has been corrected.
