Featured Cards (Read 1661 times)

Rachel_134537 GCU Newbies artist Posts: 45	Featured Cards Nov 27^th, 2010, 6:30am On Featured Cards it says max 25. But when I tired to add more than 15 I got a message saying only 15 allowed. Is there a reason??

The way I got it to work was to put the product numbers in the top box and then it worked. Doing it in manage card and selecting featured would not work for me, I got the same message as you did. It's easy to copy and paste the product ID into the box and just leave spaces inbetween. Cheryl

Diana_131887 Gold Member artist Posts: 607	Re: Featured Cards Reply #3 - Nov 27^th, 2010, 8:21pm You don't have to clear your featured cards - but to add more than 15 you need to add via the product numbers in the top box as Cheryl suggested otherwise you get the error message.

Hopefully Shaun will confirm this is a bug as it does look like up to 25 is possible through the Featured Cards page.

This bug has been here since the option for 25 was brought online. It ONLY occurs if you try to add to your Featured Selections by clicking the box for each card in Manage Cards.

You can show 25 if you add to what you are already showing by entering the PID into the Featured Card Page or if you clear your featured selections and add the card numbers using the same method.
