USA General Christmas card

I tried to enter my "Merry Christmas from the USA" card and it prompted me to pick a STATE specific subcategory. I've already made state specific Christmas cards. This card is for the USA in general.  
 
Could you please add Christmas>By Region/State/Country>US/United States>General

Well, I'm still hanging onto my "Merry Christmas from the USA" card in the hopes that there will be a "Christmas>By Region/State/Country>US/United States>General" by next Christmas.
 
I made State specific cards but I really would like to list a general "from the USA" card without including a state.
