I was thinking of changing over to Matte Finish also while this is getting resolved as well.. but I was concerned that my cards since most are digital art designs.. would not look very nice in a Matte Finish.. and I also thought I had read somewhere else in the forum about someone not being happy with the Matte Finish. I am concerned too. I haven't had a bulk purchase yet but have been lucky to sell a few cards every few days.. and I am afraid of the quality of the cards that those customers have received. I am afraid they wont return again to my shop. It seems many are having issues with their orders lately.. I had issues as well with a a few of my cards I ordered from my shop a few weeks ago.  
 
I do have some customers and personal friends who have said they are about to decide on a card design to order some bulk cards for the holidays,  so I am hoping this will be fixed before then. *fingers crossed*

I have most of my cards set for matte finish as I designed them to have that sort of finish and have been happy with the printed results.  (I just got some recently, that looked just fine, but as others have mentioned the BOC logo and copy was dangerously close to the edge where it wasn't on previous orders) With more and more bulk orders being made we are all looking forward to some real consistency from the printer!
