I've had the cards below returned for a valid reason, however I think the solution would be to add a proper category rather than shove these into a Collection Category where they will likely not be found as readily.
 
I created several personalized wedding invitations for Gay / Lesbian.  The category Invitations > Wedding > Gay/Lesbian is sadly lacking so I thought I'd add to it.
 
The reviewer has stated the following on these cards:

Please Note: This is being offered as a 'personalized' card, there it must be removed from Wedding - Gay / Lesbian and add to Customized Personalized Cards and replace Gay / Lesbian - with Custom Personalized Cards - Personalized Name Cards. Please also add other cards in this series of cards to these categories. Thanks
 
I would think it would make good sense from a customer standpoint to add a Personalized Category to the Invitations > Wedding > Gay/Lesbian since that is a valid category rather than stick these invitations into a Collections category as suggested.  If these cards aren't put in a Gay / Lesbian category, then customers browsing the Gay/Lesbian categories will never find them.  I realize they can be found by searches, but we know that is not the only way people find cards on the site.
 
I have responded to the reviewer with this request, but I know they will need your input to make a decision.
