Category issue... (Read 851 times)

Kenneth_140370 GCU Newbies artist Posts: 36	Category issue... Nov 9^th, 2010, 2:34pm I have had a reviewer return card #709936 back for edits due to a category issue (Occasion-Surgery/Medical-Other). I have had card #638120 approved a couple of months ago without issue. Both cartds, other than the design have the same wording on the front and inside. I don't understand the problem. Please help. Thank you.

Hi Kenneth. The best thing to do is constructively write back to the reviewer via the re-submit e-mail you received and ask for a better understanding of the reasons for return and also look to see if the 1st one approved is in its best category choice and if so.. tell her that and if not.. ask her to suggest a proper choice for them.. That's the best thing I can suggest to do. Sometimes it all gets worked out and sometimes it does not.. Can't hurt to try.. Good luck~
