Moving cards for approval?
Nov 3rd, 2010, 9:56am

I would like to be able to move cards up in their order for approval. Is there any way this feature could be made for the artists? Sometimes I have a time sensitive card I just came up with and it's stuck in the back of the line.  Tongue

I think the only way you might be able to do that is to email the review team with the card number and explain nicely why you need to have a certain card looked at sooner than the others.  Too bad they don't have little arrows to move items up and down in your own stores so that if you decided you wanted sometime looked at before something else you could just hit the arrow and move it above the others in your line of cards.

Gail,
There is of course the fast track option...not to be abuseof course, as you know.  When I have a 'need for speed' on an order, I "wave review" drop it into my 'priivate gallery' and it is available in an wink...hope this helps you!

Thanks for your comments, Linda and Cassie. I'll do the emailing or maybe fast track next time. Also, I could plan ahead better!

You should only use the fast track option if it's for a customer. If you're talking about time-sensitive cards having to do with a holiday, unfortunately it's just a waiting game. I just design cards whenever and maybe they will sell next time around. (and they usually do).

I agree with Angela...fast track is just for customer requests.  When I get a custom request, I upload the design to "free ecards"...send it to the client for approval....once all is a go I upload to "private", "wave review" and send the customer the link.  That works well for me.  If the card isn't too specific, or if it just needs some tweeking I also load it for whatever appropriate category...no sense reinventing the wheel, follow me?
