There are many great ideas being offered in this thread. One thing I feel should be mentioned again.... none of the words in the company name should be repeated in the tagline. Any ad man (and I've worked for an ad agency, too) will tell you a tagline should be streamlined and uncluttered (getting the keywords across in the shortest, most targeted way).

"1000's of Artists Creating for You"
"Creativity in Your Mailbox"
"Real Artists, Real Paper, Real Fast"

Just a quick emphasis on Mindy's comment "the shorter the better". For the most part the tag line can't be much longer than Mindy's examples. Her 3rd and 5th examples are almost too long. Basically 3 or 4 words depending on the length of the words.

Keep those creative thoughts going Wink

Just a reminder from the 'Boss' and I wanted to offer a thought. Though I really like the use of Cyberspace, I worry that it might give the impression of e-cards instead of paper greetings.

Good point, Doreen. Another reason I would suggest "Let our stars create your cards." or "Where our stars create your cards" or some of the other non-cyber headlines. There are plenty to choose from.

Lots of good ideas. And I'm sure more to come.

For what it's worth, I would advise against any line that includes "artists" because I think that could be inferred as only portraits and illustrations and unintentionally exclude (in the reader's mind) cards with photographs. Just a thought.

Possibly, except the recipient IS holding a paper greeting card in their hand. The sender already knows the card was created on-line but the recipient could be a new customer if they see that they too can go on line with GCU and send customizable cards the quality of the one they just received. Most card backs are glanced at and that's that but here GCU has an opportunity to promote their on-line, direct print, pick and post service in the tag line (some how) to a target audience of card recipients.
