I really like Paul's "The Card Place in Cyberspace." too. Lots of great ideas but this tells the recipient that the beautiful & quality card they are holding was purchased on-line and prompts them to check it out on line too versus an everyday card that one would never source where it originated.

But then we lose the advertising that might otherwise let recipient know these cards are ordered from an on line store. And who says we are the best... (smiles, I know, we do). Using terms like the best, or the world's greatest are unqualified unless there has been a study or otherwise to show such is true.

I liked Tanya's idea...a galaxy of choices.
Only because I think it fits well with the name of the company...on that notion I came up with the following...my apologies to anyone I've inadvertently copied as I have just read through the lot here!

-a galaxy of creative imagination

-a world/galaxy of imagination (use either word)

I do like this line of creative thought (and so many others!)...I would not be opposed to ANY OF THEM).
maybe add..."NOW".
"Our stars...create Your cards...NOW"

Of course the "now" word sparked me to thinking....

My priority is getting cards approved in a timely fashion...I adore and am obviously "swept in for the creative flow"...at the expense of card approvals...? Nope, not by me...perhaps GCU's back burner and mine are out of sync........and so the wold goes round and round.....

As always, just an opine......L

So many great thoughts! I love those that tie into the GCU name but feel GCU will miss out on subsequent card purchases from that card recipient if the recipient doesn't see by looking at the back of card that GCU cards come from on-line purchase. Any version of the 'Let our Stars create your cards, NOW' tag line along with the GCU www. below could suggest the card came from on-line.

My favorite of all so far (and flip flop change of mind sure to happen every two minutes with all the creative input here!)

"Cyberspace" was first thought of by Alda, and "The Card Place" was my idea. Just so everyone knows that Alda is responsible for the amazing idea of "Cyberspace". See page 6 to verify it if you like. Just trying to give her credit before someone takes it away. Also, my "The Card Place" is on page 6 too. I have been here reading from the very first post and I do not want anyone's idea to go unrecognized. Paul is the genius who put them both together. So, great job Paul!

You have been keeping up with all the posts as well, I see. This is how great things are built. Everyone coming together as a team to get the job done. We can post all day, but the true decision is up to GCU and with all the posts here, good luck! I would also like to let everyone know that GCU said that they are changing their logo as well as their tagline on the very first post, so there is a good chance that Greeting Card Universe may change as well. I am not really sure. All I can say is that would be very exciting, wouldn't it? New name, new look, same great cards. Good luck to everyone and keep the ideas coming. This is really keeping my brain awake, which is keeping me motivated all the way around. I love all you guys!
