Cards' inside verse printing problem

Shaun or Minday,

I just received my order today, and all the cards with verse inside were printed all the way right up to the fold line! On top of that, the majority of the cards had scratches across the cover the image. One of the cards with dark color front was folded crooked and the white showed up noticeably. This quality is so unlike the first few batches I received from GCU. I hope this is not indicative of the product going out with my name on it.

Please advise as what I do with these cards.

Great speed and the color looks pretty good, but with scratches and inside verse printed at the top rather than in the middle. Does anyone else have the similar problems in the recent orders? Diana

Sorry to hear that your order did not print correctly. Can you let me know which cards printed with the text at the top? Also would you be able to send the cards with the scratches/incorrect fold back to us? We can resend any cards that were damaged or didn't print correctly, we just need the product id numbers. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The cards with scratches/incorrect fold are:
Product ID #689874, 675679, 675625, 651736, 678895, 664047

I will get the cards with text printed at the top, scratches/incorrect fold back to you today.

Got your cards today, I'm going to be bringing them over to the print facility to show them the scratches and the fold issue. We're looking into why the text printed so high on the inside of the card, and once this is resolved I'll have a reorder out and on its way to you.
