Does anybody have a problem to upload photos?

Dear Support Team:

I can not upload my photos, not even one at a time. It takes forever and when it seems it has done, it should go to processing, but instead a window pops out saying the Intern Explorer can not open the page.

I click the diagnostic error and it says it has not found any error. It goes to the same page and no photo has been uploaded. cry

What could be the problem? Did you receive similar complains or feedback? Please help!!! kiss

Reply #1 - Sep 27^th, 2010, 11:04am Hello Leonilde, Please let me know if you're still having trouble. Sometimes it helps to log out of your account, close the web browser and start over. Also have you verified that your images are smaller than 4MB? Shaun

Hi Shaun!
Thank you for giving me these ideas to try to turn around the problem.
At least my single uploads were less than half of that. I have also verified that when I click to submit the card many times a window pops out saying that the site is not recognized, although I have the pop ups from GCU allowed.
