Understand...the forum just cannot be relied on for urgent order issues, email and phone are better even in light of our standard business hours. If you're willing to wait then the forum may suffice.
Let's see based on your original post & bumps...at 7:43pm last night I was making dinner, at 5:23am this morning I was sleeping and at 7:47am and 7:49am I was scooting my kids off to school.
Wondering why your shopper checked the "I Approve" box if they weren't satisfied with their verse?
Again, per this issue we will be making out customer support hours more clear. We are also investigating allowing shoppers to edit their verse & ship to address within an allowable window of time.
