# of approved cards
Sep 20th, 2010, 5:39am

Hi
I am just wondering why on my manage store page I have 12,323 cards approved, but only 12,320 show in my store?
I know it`s only 3 cards but thats a potential loss of sales to me.
I have left it for some time since the last batch of approvals just in case it was a delay, but there were a lot more than 3 cards approved!
Thanks for any insight!
Karen

Golly gosh. That is a lot of cards. Wouldn't worry too much if I was you.  Wink

I second that ...  WOW!

Karen, could they be in your private cards section?

Just looked at your store and you do have 3 cards in your private gallery

Ahhh, okay that makes sense, lol. The obvious isn`t always as obvious to me!
I forgot about the private cards, in fact they have just been such a waste of time even bothering, so I think I`ll get rid of them as no-one has bought them and no one else can!
Thanks
Karen

PS sorry for the double post, the message seemed to take forever to go through and then it posted twice and I can`t delete one!

If you haven't already deleted them why not ask for them to be moved into your store?

Hi Cheryl
I already deleted them, the way the customers wanted them alterred was not to my liking anyway so I wouldn`t really want them in my store, I much prefer the original versions. Maybe if I ever get any genuine custom card orders and like them myself I will remember your idea then, thanks for the suggestion  Smiley
