what should be the appropriate time to give funeral cards. My father passed away a year ago. Whether I should give funeral cards now?? is it right??

Sorry to hear about your father.  
Usually a funeral/sympathy card is given at the time of loss and funeral.  
As it`s been a year it`s more likely to be a memorial/in loving memory type card for his family, which can be given any time but normally around the anniversary of the passing/funeral or even the deceased person`s birthday. I have a number of "in loving memory" cards ready to upload when I get a chance, hope this helps.
