Another "newbie"question or two for you !!  
    When I was adding a Christmas card that has a snowman, I didn't see a category for "Snowman".  Now that its been approved and I've just found that category . . . Can I add a category or change one without having to go through the review process again ?  I'm guessing "No", but it's always worth asking.  
     Also, a couple of weeks ago, I was searching for the suggested sub-category, but never found it.  I sent an e-mail (which was not responded to  cry  ) and figured that I would "set it aside" and deal with it when I had more time.   The next day, I was surprised to find that it had been approved (with the original categorization  Huh  )  although I had never officially "re-submitted" it.  How does that work ???

As to your first question about the Snowman category.  If currently it is only in 1 category, you can ask that it be added to Snowman as your 2nd category.  If you wish to change one of two categories to Snowman you can ask them to do that as well.  The best way to do that probably is a post thread with the card number and category to move/add to in the Category Help section of the forum.  If you go to the forum Home page you will see that section.  They will move/add the card for you Smiley
 
As to your 2nd query.  Most likely, since you sent an email that rather than responding to you via email, they simply approved the card.  So whatever you stated in your email made sense to the reviewer and they just carried on  Grin
