Thanks for the advice unfortunately I have an Apple Mac and no ability to right click open a new window. Which now turns out to be a real pain as I have to go back and fix up keywords on about 800 cards. Guess it will be a slow process.

I have an Apple Mac and can right click just fine.  Use Safari and Firefox browsers.  Does your mouse have a right click function?  If I go into system preferences > keyboard & mouse > mouse, my left click says primary button, right click says secondary button.

PS
When I put cursor on "Inside Text", it highlights those words.  Then when I right click, a little box comes up with the following list.
   
open link in new window
open link in new tab
bookmark this link
save link as...
send link...
copy link location
 
I click "open link in new window"

This will make things a lot easier. Had started editing the old way (first page, last page, page forward, select card, edit, start again) can now do the same thing in about a third of the time. Using the control key works fine.

We've done some tweaking on the Manage Cards page that will hopefully make life a little easier when editing cards.
 
1) Find / Browse by terms will hold your view until you choose to return to All Cards view vs returning to All Cards after each edit.
 
2) After Editing a card there is a new button "Save and Edit Inside Text" which will take you directly to the Inside Text page w/o having to go back to Manage Card then Edit Text.
 
Let us know if this speeds things up!

I have been editing inside text in my older invitations with the thought in mind that customer may not edit the inside of the cards themselves but purchase it as is and write in their own information.  (as discussed in an earlier forum post)
 
There are some editing technical points you need to think about when you next work on inside card editing program.
 
1. If the message alignment is set to centered, it is very difficult to get the date, time, place to line up so it looks balanced.  It would look aligned when I was editing, but after saving, it still is a bit off.  If I go back after saving, and add a space or two it looks better, but still not perfect.

2. The editing program will not let me add spaces at the top of the page, above the text, to make the page balanced (see above example).  I would add a space to move the entire text block down while editing but when I save, the extra space is not saved.  The card looks a bit unprofessional with the text so high on this sample card.
 
3.  It would be much more attractive if we could edit the inside verse with different size fonts and/or types of fonts for different parts of the message or invitation.
 
These are just some points to put on the wish list along with being able to design the inside of the card.

PS - The "Save and Edit inside verse Text" works great.  Thanks so much for making my work easier.
 
PSS - For some reason the link I gave above in my message is not showing the edited version of the card.  Went back and checked all the cards I just edited and the new edit is not showing in mange cards or on the main GCU pages.  Will give it some time and check later.  Sure hope there is not a glitch in the system.

On the Card Details View page do you see the two buttons?  Save Changes, Save and Edit Inside Text
