We have just applied earnings from our first 3rd Party Sales partner (the online gift card retailer) reflecting their sales from April, May and June 2010. These earnings although "earned" in the 2Q will be rolled into artists' pending earnings for the 3Q payment period.
Please keep in mind from our original post on this program and this first partner that only a handful of artists and cards will be chosen. For this first 3 months of sales only 16 lucky artists had cards chosen. A real testament to the quality and marketability of their cards - excellent job
The cards offered during this time period were a small collection for:
Birthday
Mother's Day
Father's Day
Graduation
Congratulations
New Baby
Wedding
These sales can be identified specifically in two places with a date range of 4/1/10 - 6/30/10:
1) Store Report - under Card Sold with Site noted as "3rd Party Site" and earnings of 25 cents / card
2) Earnings & Payments - with earnings of 25 cents / card
We are working on a Sales Source report that will allow you to see sales by source (GCU, BigDates, 3rd Party, etc.). However this may not be ready for a few months.
This partner is in the process of choosing more cards for the entire year of occasions and holidays. They will also be refreshing cards on their site throughout the year. So more opportunities for more artists.
A big congratulations to those artists who were chosen in this first collection!
