The first issue regarding your forum name will have to wait for Shaun or GCU admin to address. However, I may be able to help you on the other two.
Your card not showing up on a site search...it can take up to 24 hours from the time a card is approved to the time it begins showing up in a site searches (you didn't say when the card was approved, so I'm guessing this is the issue, which is a common one for those new to GCU who don't know the site refreshes on a 24-hour cycle). If not, it's a technical issue that again, will have to wait for Shaun.
And lastly: because GCU artists receive an artist's discount that allows them to purchase cards for $1.89 each, GCU Admin has asked that artists not use sales promotions in addition to their artist's discount. The exception, I believe, is free shipping promotions. To find the artist's code, when you're logged in go to Manage Store. On the right, you'll see Account Messages. The code is the second message there. Please do not post the code anywhere - it is for artist's only.
