Big Dates (Read 739 times)

Paul_133086 Full Member artist Posts: 217	Big Dates Jul 31^st, 2010, 8:47am I received my commission check earlier this week. It came from Big Dates who sent it to my old address. I updated all of my information with GCU. Can you see to it that Big Dates updates my contact info as well? Thanks.

Are we supposed to be maintaining profile and personal info on all the sites affiliated with GCU? I have moved twice and did not think that the changes I made would not filter over to the other sites. Could Mindy or Shaun please provide additional info on this. Lisa

Hello,
All payments come from BigDates Solutions which is the parent company for GCU. All artist data is pulled from the GCU site so you only need to maintain your data in your GCU artist account. Earnings from any and all sales will roll into you GCU Earnings & Payments. So GCU is the only site you need to worry about.

Earnings & payment data is pulled a couple of weeks (about 2) before you actually receive your payment so if you made any changes to your artist account AFTER that time (mailing address, form of payment, minimum payment amount, etc.) it will be reflected in the following quarter's payment.

Paul, did you update your mailing address prior to mid July (7/14)?
