Resubmit time after editing???

Just curious how long once you resubmit a card with editss does it take to approve? I've always had them approved the next day and sometimes that same day. It's been going on three days now on some cards I have up for submission. Is that normal or did my reviewer to on vacation? Huh

Not impatient here - just curious cause I'm always the patient one! lol

Reply #1 - Jul 29^th, 2010, 4:19pm Hi Randall, Lately I've had the resubmit review take as long as the initial review and all I was asked to do was add it to an additional category I think they are BUSY and probably some are on vacation as well

I did a resubmit of three cards created after a customer request was posted... they were approved but put into my private gallery due to needing a slight correction... I made that FOUR days ago... I'm a bit miffed because I feel like I might have lost out on a potential sale since the requesting customer won't get to see these cards now...

I think there should be a fast track for such situations... after all, a customer requested cards made - I made them along with several other artists - fast tracked them but now have to wait days for the reviewers to look at them again???

Hi, I was coming out here this morning to ask a question about the same thing. I was wondering if "resubmitted" cards go back to the original reviewer, could there be a problem with my reviewers system. I've had cards out as pending resubmitted for weeks now. And I too have normally experienced that a resubmitted card gets an answer in a couple of days. I didn't remember the exact date I resubmitted but I wanted to give you an idea so I looked at the card numbers. The ones in the "new" section are 665XXX and my resubmitted cards are 652XXX. At 400 new cards a day that's like 30 days. Like Randall said, I'm not complaining, I'm just concerned....if it is just a vacation backlog that's fine, everyone needs to re-energize and deserves a rest.

taking this long for fast tracked cards isn't really nice in my opinion. I'm not trying to complain but I might have lost out on at least having my cards seen by the requesting customer (that means possibly my loosing out on a sale). I don't make many sales here as is so any chance at something is very important to me. Sure, everyone needs to energize, but then there should be someone to step in and keep business going. The review system needs to be changed in my opinion.

Reply #5 - Jul 31^st, 2010, 10:10am I don't get it...the card reviewers put 2 of my cards that a buyer is waiting to purchase in my private gallery. I have NEVER used the private gallery. Isn't there a setup involved???? My niece is waiting to buy these and she cannot get into my private gallery. Someone please help me...what do I do?

Hi Cara

That's no problem. Here's what to do.
First check that you have the private gallery 'ON'
Go to your manage store page>Look and Design>Look for private Gallery module and check it "on"
Be sure to hit save on the lower right of the page.

Now when you go to your store front you will see PRIVATE GALLERY listed on the side module and the clickable 'View my private cards' That will take you into your private gallery where your cards are.

Also you can click on the card from your private gallery and go to the bottom of the viewing page>SELL THIS CARD. Clicking on this will bring up code that you can paste into an email which will take your niece directly to the card for purchasing.

it might be a technical error...

I must apologize to the review staff as I've balked here about a problem with cards being in my private gallery and being moved out by them but still showing private... I did email the reviewer again and it's being turned over to the technical staff that something is wrong...

to the review team, my apologies for ranting... and a THANK YOU for assisting with whatever is going on...
