where is it? (Read 856 times)

sloane_142273 GCU Newbies artist Posts: 1	where is it? Jul 26^th, 2010, 3:18pm Hi all, Ive been waiting for quite a while for my cards to appear but they just dont appear. does anyone know how long it takes? Ive do watercolors and im thinking I must be doing something wrong because its been about a month.

Read the "general" rules about the site. and.. Keep on making-submitting cards so as the time passes.. Your store will fill up with marvelous offerings~ Welcome to GCU too Lj

Maybe on of the GCU staff can check....Once the cards have been created (not just uploaded the image, I mean) and approved, they should appear in the store right away. Much success to you!

Welcome to GCU Sloane!

Well actually it could not have been more than 16 days because you opened your store on July 10th. Usually, GCU approves the 1st card to a new store owner within a couple of days, after that card it can take 7 to 10...however because of the length of time it makes me wonder what shows up on your end.

When you go to Manage Cards, do you show cards there? If so what does it say? You should see a Product Number below that a Status and below that the Image.

Tell us what you see there.
