Can Not Create a Card Problem

For the last week I have been trying to upload and create cards. I have had some problems with the upload but discovered that my files were too big. Once corrected with a bit of patience I managed to upload some. My problem seems to be with the create a card option once they are uploaded. I can select an image and put all details, card category, title etc in but when I hit the next button it returns me to the same page but without the card category and permissions as if to start again. When I go and check the manage cards I can see that it is there but there is no image just a small blue box with a question mark in it. There is also no card category selected. I have been deleting these (failed) cards from my store so as not to cause problems with the pending status etc but can not seem to fix this problem. I have logged out and restarted my computer but this doesn't seem to make any difference. I am using an Apple Mac so I do not know if this makes a difference. Could you please let me know if there is something that I am doing wrong? Or is there a limit on the number of cards you can have pending as I still have 28 waiting.

I was having similar problems in June with Safari on my Mac. After much work and time, I switched to Firefox and have not had any problems since. Hope that helps. Kati

Yes I am using Safari.

I have been having some computer issues with out of RAM so have removed all unneccessary apps etc to try and fix the problem. That being the case I am reluctant to change from Safari as I don't think my computer can handle another app being loaded.

However if the problem is only with Safari I will obviously have to rethink my choice.

Hi Deborah,

I know that Kati and some others had issues with Safari back in June. However I have to say... so far... I have not had any problems with using Safari and I did successfully upload images and make cards over the past few days.
I use Safari 5.

Wish I could help further but just wanted to let you know it may not be entirely Safari. Hopefully someone from admin will chime in tomorrow.

Many diff things-areas too.. Perhaps it will be resolved once Shaun or someone from Management comes back on here.. Probably tomorrow.. Good luck.

Also, I don't think this would cause the issue you're experiencing, but can you check your images to make sure that the color mode is RGB and not CMYK? Shaun
