Category Search Not Working Correctly

I have some new (approved a few days ago) cards under birthday>for family relations specific>son>age specific.

They show up when I sort by: birthday>for family relations specific>son>age specific>newest

However, when I put 30 in search this category, the 30th card is not showing.
This is happening on all ages.

Card has 30 and 30th in key words and 30th in title.
card id#657468 But this is happening with all ages of this card series that have been approved.

Here's a list of all cards that are not showing up when search is made for a specific age in "search this category." Category: Birthday>family relation specific>son>age specific. I have another card in this category and it shows up fine.

Shaun,

I have another card series that is not showing up in "search this category".

Here is one card (as an example) of the series: Product Id: 659941

When I go to invitations>birthday party>surprise party>age specific>other
and click newest, it is in the group.
When I enter 73 or 73rd and select "search this category" and click search cards
it is not in the 73 group.

73 is in key words and 73rd is in title, key words and artist notes.

Note: I also checked again on the son birthday cards in my earlier post and they are still not showing up in "search this category" .

Please help! Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch in the system? It's hard enough to have my cards visible for customers and is very discouraging when they don't even show up in a search.

I put in the exact (c/p) key words but the cards do not show up in the search results. I can only find them by product i.d.#'s. I also notice it is cards approved the past few weeks not those from before that. If that info helps any~
