I've just replied to a custom request by clicking on the reply button without changing the address so GCU will now receive my reply instead of the customer.
 
It would be so nice if the reply address could be the cusomer's address. I use several holiday rental sites where this is the case so, although I know the address should be changed, I automatically assume that their address is there, as this is what I am used to.
 
Could this be changed pretty pretty please.
